The Introduction describes the major themes for housing advocacy this year, and the Budget section includes an analyses of housing budget trends over the past 20 years. The appendices include a number of resources advocates will want to keep at their fingertips, including: a table of abbreviations and acronyms (what does FIRREA stand for?), a guide to abbreviated statutory citations (what is Sec. 516?), and an extensive resource directory with contact information for more than 80 agencies and organizations around the country.
